Building of SCF house in Mohurli!

We've had plans for a while but now it is a reality! We have received sufficient donations specific for building a house. So we have started building a house in Mohurli!

The house we are building now has 3 rooms, two bathrooms (including toilet), 1 extra toilet, 1 office, a kitchen. The roof is flat which means that we also have a very big roof terrace with views over Mohurli Lake. All rooms can be closed of separately and the office can be used by everyone if they want to work. Two rooms can be rented to volunteers, students or even tourists. The third room is for the used of our India employees, Shanoo & Suleman because they will manage and maintain the house. The office can be entered from outside the house so it can be used for volunteers and students staying in the house as well as SCF employees.

The construction is finished and in the first week of February the contractor will start with the finishing such as plastering the walls and tiling he bathrooms and kitchen. We will keep you posted on the progress of the house! Check out the pictures to see the progress!
